A Time to be Born: Mrs. Anetria (Birdie) Monique Scott, the daughter of the Late Mr.  And Mrs. Pete (Earnell) Bell, Jr., was born on December 19, 1981, in Holly Hill, SC.

A Time to Die: Anetria departed this earthly life on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at her residence.

A Time to Learn: Anetria grew up in Holly Hill, SC, and graduated from Holly Hill-Roberts High in 2000. Anetria graduated from South Carolina State University in 2006, with a BS degree in Early Childhood.

A Time to Work: Anetria was employed as a Teacher’s Assistant for several years at St. James-Gaillard Elementary School in Eutawville, SC., La Petite in Goose Creek, SC., Work Study at SCSU in Orangeburg, SC., Wright’s Way Academy in Eutawville, SC., and last but not least, various IGA’s in Holly Hill, SC and Eutawville, SC.

A Time to Worship:  At an early age, Anetria accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior and joined Antioch Holiness Church. After finding the love to her heart, Anetria moved her membership to Greater St. Paul United Methodist Church where she served faithfully as a member of the Praise n’ Worship, Gospel Choir, Mass Choir, Young Adult Usher, Trustee, Kitchen Committee, Young Adult Group, PPRC Chairperson, Finance Secretary, Church Secretary, and on Father’s Day she would beat the drums.  Anetria sang soprano with the United Voices of Christ at SCSU in Orangeburg, SC. Anetria had an angelic voice that would lift the atmosphere.

A Time to Love: On January 02, 2005, Anetria was joined in Holy Wedlock to her High School Sweet Heart, Draper Delane Scott.

A Time to Weep: Anetria was preceded in death by her parents, Pete and Earnell Bell.

A Time to Mourn: Anetria leaves to mourn her passing and cherish her memories: her loving husband, Draper Deland Scott, and one son, Andra Deland Scott of the home; one brother, Billy “Jermaine” (Kristin) Bell, III of Evans, GA; 7 nieces, Anya, Amonte’, Chasity, Jayla, Kasein, Kelyisha, and Shayiah; 3 nephews, Braylen, Jermaine V., and Kayden; her grandmother, Wilhelmina Gethers of Cross, SC; mother-in-law, Eloise Scott-Mosley of Eutawville, SC; father-in-law, Wesley (Caroline) Middleton of Eutawville, SC;  one sister-in-law, Shalantey O. Middleton of Eutawville, SC; one brother-in-law, Wesley T. Middleton  of Jacksonville, FL; a godson, Qua’Shaun Pelzer; a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends; and her BFFs, Devonie Middleton, Monika McCormick Miller, Shineka Steward-Pelzer, and Jackeya Middleton.
