On October 8, 2019 our Heavenly Father visited the King family and called our beloved Carol King home to rest. Ms. Carol King was born on May 27, 1963 at Bethel Israel Hospital in Newark, New Jersey. Ms. Carol was the second oldest daughter of the late Mr. Johnnie and Carolyn King.
In 1971 the family moved to Eutawville, South Carolina. At an early age Carol was baptized under the late Rev T. O. Edwards. Carol attended St. James Gaillard Elementary School and graduated Roberts High School class of 1981.
Carol has gained her wings to join her father, Mr. Johnnie King; mother, Mrs. Carolyn King; and her son, Mr. John Terrell King.
She passes her legacy to her two daughters: Ms. Aja Nicole King and Ms. Tammeka DawShawn King.
Carol's memories will be held dearly by her sisters, Ms. Cheryl Fuller and Ms. Elaine King; her brother, Mr. Johnnie (Brenda) King; grandchildren, J'ania Asbury, Avery John King, Legend John King, Charlese Fuller, Javonta Sanders, and Amari Harris (unborn). She also leaves behind fond moments and memories with her aunties, Mrs. Evelyn (Robert) King, Mrs. Lucille Denmark, Mrs. Bessie Martin, and Mrs. Josephine Currington; uncles, Mr. Daniel Duboise, Mr. Frank Duboise, and Mr. Jessie Duboise; as well as her special best friends, Mrs. Savannah Ladson, Mrs. Maxine B. Denmark, and Mrs. Vernita Thompson; two sons-in-law to be, Anton Harris and Donald Billups, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends, and a very very special friend, “Freddie Gavin.”
Carol is loved beyond her years and we all will miss her and continue to live for her. If you knew Carol King you had a friend for life.
