Michael Grant

Mr. Michael Anthony Grant, the son of Herman Lee and Geraldine Grant, was born May 15, 1968 in Orangeburg County. He entered into eternal rest on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the Palmetto Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina.

He grew up in the Vance community and attended public schools in the Orangeburg County District Three. His family and friends will always remember him for his smile and love for others.

He was preceded in death by his father, Herman Lee Grant and his brother Herman Lee Grant Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memories; a daughter, Ieshia Grant of Columbia, SC; a son; his mother, Geraldine Grant of Vance, SC; two sisters, Gwendolyn Grant-Williams (Randy L. Williams) of Eutawville, SC and Angie Grant Smith (Alexander Smith) of Gaston, SC; two nieces; Kneisha Fields of Eutawville, SC and Grace Smith of Gaston, SC; a special friend, Elizabeth Linton of Sumter, SC; 8 aunts, 5 uncles, and a host of cousins, and friends.
